We came into the picture after the concept had been sold to our client, and we were given the challenge to produce 30M mailers with a very limited budget. Printing was the easy part.
The hard part which we resolved, was finding a bindery to die-cut and score the press form, and a facility that could hand fold the complex configuration and insert the final piece into a heat sealed poly bag (economically).
Coordination became our next obstacle because the prepress and printing were done in New York, the printed press sheets had to go to the die cutter in Texas, and then ship over the border into Mexico for hand assembly. We then handled all the shipping documentation to bring the final product out of Mexico to final destinations in the US and Canada. Co-ordination and supervision by The Actualizers.
