Our job was to actualize the branding of a beautiful property being marketed by Rockrose. We managed the production of a 16 page perfect bound brochure, a double pocket folder, 32 soft launch floor plans, 59 final floor plans, two versions of postcards, business cards and a DVD in a sleeve.
The designer wanted to see a play of metallic inks, fluorescent inks, gloss and matte finishes. On both the brochure and the pocket folder we used a gloss film lamination for protection. The varnishes and inks were used both under and over the lamination to create the most amount of depth possible.
For cost economy, we worked out the best sheet size and imposition to incorporate the cover of the brochure, business cards and postcards.
