Self promo for fashion photographer. Client
came to us asking for photo image cards and
a way to house them. We came up with the concept of having "flash cards" in a portfolio
style folding box.
To make the cards more rigid and bulk up the package, we laminated two thicknesses of 24 point paper board (the thickest board the printer was willing to run through their press) together to make a 48 point thick card.
We also wanted to maximize the difference between the matte look of the images and the white space around them, so we matte coated the images in line, and then came back with
an overall off line UV gloss to the white areas. Managed and produced by
