Put together a budget, a writer, copy editor, photo editor, designer, pre-press house, printer, literary agency to find a publisher and a PR firm. After setting up this team, wrote printing specs, went to design and photo editing meetings, read over copy again and again, reviewed all rounds of color proofs and book dummies, went on press, checked and approved all budgets and invoices coming in, set up shipping and delivery arrangements of both softbound and case bound versions of this title to multiple destinations, and had the best time of our lives at two book signing launches!
